Avocado Mint Soup

Climate is cloudy these days in Singapore and we generally prefer to have hot piping soups for dinner. I generally make something which is very filling and healthy. Avocado Mint soup is one such soup which I found in Pinterest few months back and now this has become a part of our regular dishes. Naturally nutty flavored avocado is blended with fried onion, ginger & garlic. The mix is then combined with olive oil marinated crushed mint leaves and cooked as a soup consistency. The soup is finally served with Whole wheat croutons.

Avocado Paneer Masala

Avocado Paneer Masala
After almost a month in my mom’s place pampered with good and high calorie food (at times) and no exercise, it’s time for me to get back to my fitness & healthy diet routine. It took almost 10 days for me to be regular to my gym and finally now I started cooking some healthy food. One such dish which I often do at my home is the Avocado Paneer Masala. The naturally nutty flavored & creamy textured avocado is combined with tomato onion & dried methi masala gravy and finally loaded with paneer is a good substitute of the regular paneer butter masala which has cream & cashew.

Avocado Ada Pradhaman

Avocado Ada Pradhaman
Once I am back to Singapore, I had a huge list of recipe’s to be cooked and posted. The list also included a lot of fusion recipes. One such recipe is Avocado Ada Pradhaman . Generally I do the traditional ada pradhaman but this time I wanted to give a twist the original recipe and it became a super hit at my home. I tried twice in the last 2 weeks with and without milk. The natural creamy texture of Avocado makes the recipe so rich along with the Ada and it tasted good in both the versions. Those who are allergic to milk can have this dessert without any guilt by omitting the milk part.

Avacado Basil Butter

Substituting butter with other healthy spreads is always good for our health. Avacado Basil butter is one such healthier option which can replace butter while spreading for bread & buggers. I also use it as a dip by diluting it with water for appetizers apart from bread & burgers. You may also toast your bread in medium flame.
I generally use thai basil as it grows at my home. You may use other varieties of basil also.
