Avacado Basil Butter

Substituting butter with other healthy spreads is always good for our health. Avacado Basil butter is one such healthier option which can replace butter while spreading for bread & buggers. I also use it as a dip by diluting it with water for appetizers apart from bread & burgers. You may also toast your bread in medium flame.
I generally use thai basil as it grows at my home. You may use other varieties of basil also.

        Notes

        • The paste color will change from green if you do not add lemon. If you like to have more lemon taste you may squeeze more lemon.
        • Peppers can be added
        • Refrigerate after blending. It can come upto 4 or 5 days.
        • If you don't have a ripened avocado, you may put it in your rice box. It ripens in a day or two.
