which I can suggest to remove all gastric and tummy issues!!!! . Today’s post
is about “Vepampoo Podi" or Neem Flowers Powder

Neem has a lot of health benefits and I am very particular in including it in my diet regularly. Being in a place where neem tree or its products are not easy to get on a daily basis, I prefer to use more of neem flowers as they stay for longer time. We get them in Little India market, however it is not possible to go there every day.

Vepampoo Podi
Preparation Time –5mins
| Cooking Time : 8 mins | Cooling time: 10 mins
Yields – ½ cup|
Equipment : Mixie,gas | Gas: low
Ingredients
Neem flowers – 1 cup
Chili – 4
Urad dhal – 1 tblsp
Jeera/Cumin – 1 tblsp
Ghee – 1 tsp
Salt – as needed
Hing powder – generous pinch

Measurements
1 tsp = 5ml
1 tblsp – 15 ml
1 cup = 237 ml
|
Notes
- Ghee can be replaced with olive oil to make it
healthier.
- Adjust chili’s . 4 mentioned above is perfect
for adults but might be spicy for kids.
