It has been long time since I posted a coffee recipe. This one is again with the leftover 3^rd degree filter coffee which most of us do not use as it less flavorful. 3^rd degree filter coffee is mixed with honey, cocoa powder, vanilla essence and finally served with coconut milk ice cubes.

Ragi choco coffee Mug cake | With left over 3rd degree Decoction

Filter coffee is common in many of our households. We generally prefer the first or second degree coffee and most of the time third degree coffee is never prepared and this mild flavor decoction is wasted in many households. Today’s recipe is with this third degree decoction.  Ragi, wheat flour, 3^rd degree coffee decoction, palm sugar, cocoa & other baking ingredients are mixed and poured into a claypot cup. The mix is then kept in microwave for a minute to get this fluffy “Ragi choco coffee Mug cake”.
