Nellikai Thayir Pachadi | Amla Raita |
Gooseberry Raita
Nellikai | Amla | Gooseberry is a super fruit and
has been widely used in Ayurveda for its benefits. Today’s post is a raita with
gooseberry. The raita is a bit tangy and
it goes well with any non-tangy mixed rice.

This recipe is ideal for diabetic
& anemic patients. For best taste use a mortar and pestle to grind the
Gooseberry paste.
Viewers may wish to suggest by adding
it in the comments section. I shall be updating the post.
