Multi Grain Kichidi Mix | Millets mix

Last week at my daughter's school we were asked to pack multigrain food for lunch. I wanted to give something which would make more colorful for her to eat. I wanted to try a kichidi with multi grains. I do not want to use the regular Kichidi with sooji rava and hence went ahead with Quinoa, Corn Grits, Broken wheat, Flax seeds, couscous, buck wheat with vegetables. It turned out to be a super hit as she was too excited to see multi-color food !!!!

I will be publishing a series of recipes using this multigrain mix, keep following.
Here goes the recipe for the mix....

            Notes
            • Make sure the measurements are in equal proportions as mentioned above.
            • You may add sooji rava, however make sure its in equal proportion 1 cup mentioned above.
            • Do not increase the quantity of buck wheat as it would harden the dish and the water quantity needs to be modified.
